The top half is a list of events for this year that you have not registered for yet. Simply click on the register link to register for the event. You will receive an email confirmation of your event registration.
The middle section shows the upcoming events that you have already registered for.
The bottom half shows cars in your garage.
As a driver, you'll spend most of your time on this screen.
